Chicago family:Petite proportions for sizing; thick fabric

I'm taller than average (5'9) but not skinny, so I'm fairly proportional. Size large shirts from most stores usually fit me fine. The large size in this seemed like "petite" proportions: the sleeves were 1 inch above my wrist, the built in bra shelf landed 1 inch above the bottom if my boobs, and the bottom hem fell right at the very top of the swimsuit bottoms. Raising my hands once made the bra shelf slide up and compress the middle of my boobs leaving a bulge above and below the bra shelf line, and raising my arms pulled the bottom hem up to expose 1-2 inches of belly. Returned it. Very cute design, though. Its has particularly thick fabric, and thick seams though, which would likely chafe. I want lighter weight, thinner fabric for a rashguard, which I'll just wear over a swim suit. (Posted on 8/7/2019)

Kristina:Great rash guard, flattering fit!

This set is really cute, and is higher quality than I expected. The cups are a bit thicker than I usually like, but they work just fine. Size large fits me perfectly (and not skin tight)...I originally ordered an XL and it was way too big. I usually wear a size 10 and 36D. The top is slightly long for me, but I'm 5' 6" and have a short torso. It also doesn't matter because I wear shorts over the bottoms anyway. Overall I think it's really flattering and I plan on buying another. (Posted on 6/27/2019)

Sarah Munson:For the Price, I'm Satisfied

As someone else said, the bottoms were laughably small and kind of ridiculous, but I didn't intend to wear them, so I wasn't disappointed. I usually wear an 18/20 in shirts, but I was worried about the rash guard rolling up constantly, since it's supposed to be more form-fitting, so I sized up to a 22/24. It mostly stays put on my belly, but the sleeves are baggier than I'd like. I can tell this is a "regular size" pattern that had all the measurements increased equally to plus-size, instead of being created for a plus-size body, if that makes sense. Also, I happen to be a large woman with a small bust, so the cups are pretty ridiculous (they arrived very creased and were uncomfortable regardless of the size). Luckily, I could remove them and the shelf bra was enough to hold me together. For the price point and my size, this is probably as good as it's going to get for full coverage sun protection, so I'm satisfied. (Posted on 6/9/2019)

CKD:Very flattering, excellent sun protection coverage (top)

Bought this for a trip to the US Virgin Islands. Didn't use the bottoms, just the rashguard top. Wore it sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking. Kept me from getting sunburn. I liked the idea of the built in bra, it's a nice feature, but the cups were a tad high (and sewn in so they can't be adjusted easily). I like that the sleeves have a thumbhole. With the high neck and long sleeves I kept my entire upper body from getting sunburn (which definitely happened to my lower half!). I'm 5'6", 130 lbs and a medium was the perfect size. M. Laraby:Very cute!

So far, so good! I am tall (5'10) and have a large bust (42 H) and the top actually fits! Fits both around my bust and lengthwise in the sleeves. It's like a unicorn. I got this to wear for SUPing this summer so I'm not sure how well it will actually perform yet, but it's very cute on. (Posted on 2/26/2018)
